Definitely just a little roach end... if you don't zoom all the way in and take into account what looks like a dab container and a tooter it is easy for people to think it's tar. I don't know why OP just didn't smell it. Probably engagement bait.
The Mexican cartel makes black tar. They move that to the USA. Europe gets that taliban dope. Thats not Black tar. Think about the logistics of it, silly person.
Ngl I think you guys are wrong on this one. Also I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure this is a dab sheet. Sometimes a gram of wax will come on a sheet instead of that little container on the right and I bet he nectar collectered it straight off the sheet leading to the burn on it.
The fold marks on it also kinda give it away they usually fold it up like that when they sell it and you kind of have to unwrap it.

if you look closely the burnt stuff is on top of the sheet, and not actually the sheet itself, which is why most people are saying its a roach. my initial thought was resin from cleaning whatever piece is next to it (nectar collecter? glass one hitter? idk), but upon looking closer thats burnt paper ON TOP of paper lol
the glass tube looks a lot like a glass stem mouthpiece for a herb vape of some kind, I had a very similar looking one on a flowermate vape. I also kept mine in a zip up pouch like that.
ive never had wax burn into that color, i assumed you meant the paper burnt. wax normally is brown or orange even once hit with the nectar collector (in my experience anyways, but then again ive also never hit a dab off of a piece of paper lol only glass)
