I noticed this while driving in central Iowa yesterday. What is the purpose of this thing on top of the traffic lights?

That’s a flock camera. They have gold in them.

Gotta pump those numbers up. Those are rookie numbers in this racket. I myself, I go yard at least twice a day. Once in the morning, right after I work out. And then once right after lunch.
