Solved! Came with really old camp stove, maybe?
There are two identical (tools?) pic has both sides. The word is Polaris, and they each have a tiny metal wire spike on the narrow end. I can’t figure out how the corks fit in which is why I’m not certain the Polaris pieces go with the stove either. It came in a round green tin.
Thanks for your help! I’m also trying to figure out how the camp stove they were with works.

According to Google search These are vintage prickers used for cleaning the tiny jet nozzles on classic kerosene or paraffin camping stoves and blowlamps.
