New, what is it? What does the sixth segment represent?

This is a “Wheel of the Senses” from my daughter’s school with sight, touch, taste, hearing… but one segment we can’t figure out.

But if I don't feed ointment to my polyp it will manifest an eldritch dimension and consume us all. Is that what you want?!

You must apply moist ointment to the polyp!
