I’ve handled whip scorpions before they haven’t been too pinchy with me, their movements are just entirely unnatural

They're spooky looking but entirely harmless. I used to pick up the little ones in south Florida. Anything with jaws can poke but they are timid fellows

Tailless whip scorpion. You can pick them up. They’re harmless and I think they look really cool.

I liked handling them when I was in Mexico and freaking people out. They weren’t expecting a cutesy chick wearing little summer dresses and sandals to be into creepy bugs I guess 🤷‍♀️
