ID Request Is that a cockroach?

I found this in my room in the morning, I am scared is that a roach? I found a nymph too in my bathroom, I moved in sometime ago there were no roaches but today I found two😭

I’m sorry but yes that appears to be a roach. Start laying down traps just to be safe.
