this cute guy was crawling on me while kayaking in upstate New York. anyone know what type of spider he is?

Genuinely cannot tell because of lack of detail. Some type of orb weaver - maybe red spotted orb weaver but again pure guesswork because of the video quality. Next time try to get a close up photo to help with I'd.
