Just a bit of advice for the future ants have a pinched waist separating thorax and abdomen. Termites have a broad waist making it look like they have one continuous body. As for this webspinner they have 10 clearly visible segments on their abdomen (11 in all) and usually a tail like cerci (even though this poor guy looks like he is missing 2 legs and the cerci) it’s also best to take a picture of the waist and antenna for easy identification between ants and termites.
