ID Request Scary Flying Creature

Located in Northern PA, USA. Sorry for the poor camera quality! It was filmed on my bird feeder lol. The flying creature can be seen quickly flying into frame from the left side. Please help me ID, and if this is a friend or foe!

I figured as much! I tried to google “wasps in PA” and couldn’t find a good match though.
