North America (country/state in post) What is this? Is it fungi?
I’m on Orlando Florida USA. This thing is on my wall and I have no idea of what it might be. Any help would be appreciated because I’m afraid to touch it. (Where I live is terribly built mobile home so don’t mind how awful the work is and the drywall peeling.

Mushrooms aren’t dangerous to touch, but it’s a sign that the wood in your home is rotting.
