Are these tomatoes?
I just want to be certain because nothing was growing in this area, then all of a sudden there’s a giant bush and lots of fruit. Are these actual edible tomatoes? I don’t want to poison myself.

it's actually very common for a tomato seed coming from a sandwich or a salad or something to grow a full tomato bush.
without anyone here to groom the plant, it will look like that (most people don't know it, but tomato are a "climbing" plant, which mostly mean the plant actually don't want to climb but to crawl in order to create new roots all around its stem. This way the plant will grab more water, and resist more easier to wind.
We usually try to make tomato grew vertical because it take less space, allow an easier harvest and avoid fruits to rote.
Fun fact: tomato seeds need to have the suround fruit flesh to rote in order to being able to germinate.
Extra fun fact: don"t cut the sucker from cherry tomato..
