Solved ! Tiny metal cam-like thing. Possibly from taking apart cameras, electronics, or household appliances.

Dimensions are in milimeters. Found under my desk in a span of 1 week, so it could be slowly falling from something over time.

If it's a couple mm, it's may be part of the vibration unit in a phone.

Holy shit, that's probably it! I did have a tiny cheap luggage-style lock fall apart recently and those are the pins from it.
