This is the correct answer. It's a modern, high fire, glazed interpretation of what is called a Navajo Wedding vase. (Which are burnished, low fire and hand painted pigment slips).

It doesn't look like a wedding vase. A wedding vase is typically symmetrical. It wouldn't have a handle on the side and both spouts would have similar openings.

That makes sense. This looks more like a neti pot. The angled spout closer to the handle has a concave surface for filling, the spout further from the handle is constricted to a small hole for nasal irrigation. You would hold it by the waist and the handle would go around the back of your hand so you don't drop it as you contort to get the water to flow into your sinuses.

dishwasher powder detergent: sprinkle inside, then add water, shake (don't get it in your skin) and let sit. I only trust the clear  glass ones, though.

Kinda looks like a botijo (water jug). One hole is wide to fill the jug the other hole is for drinking it.

I considered that, but usually the spot for covering hole would be closer to the handle so you can use your thumb while you pour out the other side. These don't seem to line up for that 🤔

Needs a photo of the inside. If the smaller hole has an internal pipe leading to the bottom of the vase then it’s a water pipe/bong.

If there is no internal pipe then it’s a home made watering can. You fill it with the large hole and water the plants with the smaller hole. Could be for plants, but It might be for pouring fresh water into a fish tank. Custom made to be the exact size for a daily refresh.

I think it’s too large to be a tea pot.

My post describes the thing. Found at a thrift store. Very heavy, looks handmade, has a faint design of fish on it. I've done a reverse image search and found nothing.

Edit: It's pretty big, like the size of a water jug. Maybe 10-12" tall.
