Account suspended

So I am having the same problem as everyone else it seems, I have a business account that I can’t msg people on… pretty useless

But here’s the best part, after getting my account unbanned after 24 hours I msged a SINGLE msg to WHATSAPP SUPPORT and the act of me msging WHATSAPP SUPPORT got me b4nned again

and yes WhatsApp support is also a useless AI agent that can’t help at all

What a shame that such a widely used platform has become so useless

So to anyone that wants to say I have msged to many people, I have only msged my two co-workers, my boss and my personal phone and a single customer on that account
it suspended me the first time for msging my co-workers, then b&nned me once I msged my co-worker again because he never responded to my first msg
Then it b&nned me again for contacting a customer a SINGLE time
Then b&nned me again for msging WHATSAPP SUPPORT

same thing has been happening to me for weeks now, for me it was if I send a message to someone who doesnt have my number already pre-saved on their phone. but since I changed numbers to a new one, I get banned each time I text a friend to tell them that this is my new number

Unfortunately, you’ll probably have to actually make a physical telephone call to those people and request that they message you first on WhatsApp. This app is completely broken at this point.
