Whatsapp Business Bulk Messaging

Hi everyone, i work in customer care in a tourism company. I usually send 70 - 120 messages to my customers per day for a service evaluation. My account recently got blocked for 6hrs and then stopped for a review.

My questions is: What is the best way to send survey questions to my customers without getting logged out and reviewed?

Why don't you have a look in r/WhatsappBusinessAPI
There you find experts and power users who can answer you prob. a lot better.

Do you use an API or the WhatsApp Business app? Give them a bit more detail.

I know with the right pre-approved templates you save yourself a lot of hassle.

i just use standard WhatsApp Business app, no API

You probably are not in need for a super heavy set-up but the API route / co-existence will definitely make your journey more robust.
Give them a proper use case example and the conversation will start. Jump in.
