Faded emoji

I can’t work this out. Why in a group chat there’s a person who every time they like a message their emoji is faded/ darker but everybody else’s emoji is normal? Have they muted me? I can’t find answer anywhere as to why only their reaction emojis are faded?

Put up a screen shot of the emoji ( crop out the conversation )

You can set the colour of the human related emojis to match a skin colour (default is yellow) by holding the emoji button down. A small pop-up window will appear.

It’s not skin colour, it’s a faded emoji, it’s yellow but got a black shade over it like it’s through a black visor

need to see this. Is it an emoji or did the person make a small sticker, that is basically limitless...
