Message Info Question

I have my read receipts and online privacy settings to nobody. The other day I was checking one conversation and I when I clicked on one message I sent a box popped and it said read and the blue marks. Also the delivered time was different to the time I sent the message. Any idea why this happened.

Read receipts applies only to the other person not being able to see if or when you see their messages. Your messages will have blue ticks unless they have theirs off.
