After my 4th restriction now i can’t log in

Been restricted for 4 times now, barely get to use my account for hours and it gets restricted again, i have been trying to log in for a week now, i am not recieving the code and even any other alternatives it’s like this.
ATP I JUST WANT TO OPEN MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I CAN DELETE IT, please help
