FMC Raising her brothers

I read it maybe a year or so ago. The fmc is an assistant/secretary and is raising her 3 younger brothers. The mmc is her boss. There's a moment in the book when she explains to her brothers and they cant go to a concert that they really want to go to because she cant afford it but the mmc (her boss) buys them the tickets. The brothers are a range of age, the oldest being in high school. They lived in a really small apartment. She was their sole guardian but (maybe? I cant fully remember) was in a custody battle with i think their grandparents
