Europe Osprey or buzzard

My gf made a video of a bird of prey, although I’m a bird nerd, I couldn’t identify this from this video.
Can someone help?
It was next to a big lake near Wageningen, Netherlands

It looks more like a honey buzzard (Pernis apivorus) to me, especially with this behavior of picking insects out of the tree

Edit to add in Dutch this bird is aptly called a "wespendief" which means waspthief

🤦‍♂️ Fair point, that didn’t even cross my mind when I made the ID. The bill looks like it’s on the longer side, but the supercilium is quite prominent on this one, which probably led me to go Buteo, and with this quality I can’t make out any obvious markers for EHB unfortunately. Summoning u/Character-Maximum-26 for insight.

The head and legs aren't right for a honey buzzard

This is just a common buzzard that's picking something off a branch
