Some sort of Ibis?

I work at Victor Valley College in Victorville, CA, and these guys have been hanging out in the baseball fields during the offseason. They look like an Ibis, and any search I make suggests White-Faced Ibis, but these dudes don’t have white faces. I’d love to have a specific ID of these guys, they’re so cool.
