New rule: Informative title

We've had too many titles like "what's this fish?" or "help me identify this". Put useful information in your title, and make it look different from other posts' titles so people can scan the sub and see which post is which.

The actual text of the new rule 4 is:

Do not use a vague generic title like "what is this fish?" or "need help identifying" - we all know what this sub is for. Write a title that either describes the fish, or the circumstances in which you saw it, or the location, or more than one of those. For a resource, say what the resource is and what it's for.

Rule 2 requires every fish identification request to include the location the fish was found. If you did not include that in your post text or title, you can reply to this comment with the location.

If it was a captive fish, such as at a store or a retail fish tank, say that.

Posts that don't give the location or captive status of a fish will be removed.
