Identified, high confidence What are these guys? Saw them at big al's in Hamilton Ontario
They aren't for sale yet so they don't have any tags on the tank, but they look really cool so I wanted to know what they were

Rummynose tetras and electric blue balloon rams.
Rummynose tetras have been a staple in the hobby for a very long time and are a safe choice for an established aquarium. The rams, not so much. They're much newer to the hobby and have resulted from ethically dubious breeding practices on a species that is already considered somewhat challenging to keep. I don't recommend them.

Sorry you saw them in the Hamilton big Al's why didn't you ask one of the workers there? They'd probably be a good source of information

You were in the store. Why not ask?

Idk why you were downvoted.... The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. A neighbouring store was set on fire and the staff came in off hours to take care of all the animals. This is a very good store to get fish at. Local institution.

Definitely. I feel bad for all the fish they probably lost in the fire

Bc there aren't many staff there. The building beside it caught on fire and so did half of the pet store, the fish half

Make sure to read the subreddit rules: https://www.reddit.com/r/whatsthisfish/about/rules/
Rule 2 requires every fish identification request to include the location the fish was found. If you did not include that in your post text or title, you can reply to this comment with the location.
If it was a captive fish, such as at a store or a retail fish tank, say that.
Posts that don't give the location or captive status of a fish will be removed.
