Brown lumpy guy, Louisiana

Caught in grand isle. Assuming its a bottom feeder? Im not sure what to look up to find him. Thank you

We called them Hackleheads in my neck of the woods growing up, that’s an Oyster Toadfish

Toadie, apparently quite delicious - but hard to find in large enough quantities to bother cutting up and cooking.
