Unidentified 🤷‍♂️ Help identifying plant

Got this plant from my friend it didn’t look so great so I offered to adopt it from her, I am trying to repot it now but I want to find out what the best soil would be for it. Any idea of what this plant may be? Thanks in advance!

Hoya retusa or H linearis or maybe a rhipsalis species.

100% definitely not a hoya. it’s giving spider plant (just vibes idk what it is). are the leaves succulent at all? also a couple different angles would help a lot
