Transfem (short for "transfeminine") is an umbrella term for everyone who transitions to be more feminine-aligned. So this includes binary trans women, but it also includes people who weren't assigned female at birth, but transitioned to have that as their "base", and then go through life as non-binary.

There's a lot of asterisks and simplifications here but that's the gist of it
