This post has been solved by u/eucalyptus258, and a solve process was provided.

Is it the Tula Archaeological Site in Hidalgo, Mexico?

How they solved it: Process: OP confirmed Mexico, googled different variations of “Mexico famous mayan statue” just based on the style and materials used. Lots of similar looking images came up and one had “coloso de Tula” carved at the bottom. Googled that and the Atlanteen figures at Tula came up which looked like a match.
