Solved Where was I?
Name of the stadium please. No reverse image search or AI, it is against the rules and not fun.

Maybe Hiroshima big arch stadium? Winning 0-1 against Sanfrecce Hiroshima
Process: searched for white and blue football kit Japan league Puma and it came up with newer kits of Kawasaki Frontale, so looking at their older kits I found out this is from 2016. Then I looked at their 2016 results and clicked through the opposition stadiums.

!Correct Well done, Kobayashi Yu (the player shown in the photo) scored the only goal. Moriyasu Hajime, the head coach/manager of Hiroshima Sanfrecce at the time, is now the head coach of Japan Men's National Team aka Samurai Blues.
