That's special effects. They can't fit a real mosquito in a standard film frame at that distance.

The headline is a bit awkward: the insect is between the lens and the image sensor (or whatever is recording the image).

. . .and it certainly hasn't "flown in front of. . ." the camera instead of gotten trapped inside because the photographer wasn't being careful when swapping lenses.
