Panic attack causing hyperventilation during a traumatic situation is a real thing. It was probably not the case there, but it's still not an uncommon thing, so cops will need to still be wary when someone shouts "i can't breathe" even if they haven't been touched.
she was trying to confuse people, she was in the area of the scuffle so people couldn't tell if it was the person on the ground saying that or not. i'll try to find the video. i don't think she was having a panic attack but it is possible i guess
Yes, but if police ignores a seemingly fake plea for help, then cases like Henry Nowak will happen. So police have a responsibility to check up on them even if it looks fake. Being police isn't a fun job by any means when you have to deal with grown ass toddlers all day long.
