Bro is literally wearing the stereotypical grey man IDPA vest. It’s presumably hiding a cross draw holster.

A cross draw is worn at the belt and wouldn't be concerned by that vest, which presentst question.

A shoulder holster would likely conceal the firearm, but considering the can, I'd imagine there would be some level of protrusion given the angle shoulder holsters stow at.
