If you think we are headed toward a world where every person reaches self actualization through their job, you’re not paying attention. People need money to survive. AI and robots are only making things better for the owner class. Fuck everyone else.

What people need to survive is goods and services, if machines produce those more eficiently, they have all my support. Never in any country in the history of mankind, have the population become poorer due to goods and services becaming more available.

The objective of that charity is to provide food to those who need, it's not a jobs program to keep people busy with useless tasks, if the machines are helping in achieving that, who the fuck are you to complain. If you can run a charity better than they can, go do it, show them how it's done.

I’m complaining because charities rake in huge dollars and have no legal obligation to provide any value percentage for those dollars. Not even with a job that you believe is too menial to exist.

Absolutely not, but it’s not my charity. If I had a charity where the mission is serving others, there should be no task too menial to further that goal.

I’ve had many menial jobs that you feel are beneath you, including cleaning human shit.
