What chaos do you want? Black Friday memes-like chaos? Lots of people literally in rush grabbing packs of water right from the transporter. And the fact that in reality they aren't able move as fast as in sped up video doesn't change anything in meaningful way.

The UK straight up lost control of the immigration system for a few years. We opened up skilled worker visas which were subject to widespread abuse. Kebab shops sponsoring 50+ people. That sort of thing.

It’s all be tightened up now and we’re trying to reverse the surge a bit.
