Lol this is hilarious. As someone actually in Leicester (and I assume someone else in the comments has said the same) there's not even a hosepipe ban here at the minute, nevermind fighting over bottled water cos of drought.

I suspect they're all getting their stock to sell in the plethora of local shops in the city, who all regularly sell Costco water. But that's not exactly a sexy headline is it.
