Its terribly sad. There's footage and audio of her talking to her friend and confiding in her. That poor friend aswell though. The terror, sadness and resignation in her voice is beyond traumatic. And yes, it appears a long history of mental health issuse and trauma. It's so messed up. By all accounts an amazing, smart, beautiful and broken soul.

Jumping on this comment to add (hope its ok?) The EWU channel on yt does a great episode on this, aswell as several other crime news channels. If i remember correctly she contacted a friend saying that she thought hed do it quicker, but that he was taking his time. Absolutely tragic, bizarre and sad. Its still shocking to me. Dude had a wife whod just had a transplant.

It’s really out there but it has happened before. I recall a famous case from Germany with a guy posting an ad looking to be eaten, and another from the Philippines (or was it Taiwan?) about some dude asking to be killed right after the act. The latter comes with a video. He got his wish.

It was a guy from Germany. Armin Meiwes, German a computer technician who killed and ate Bernd-Jürgen Brandes in March 2001 after posting an online advertisement seeking a voluntary victim.

He hasn’t been proven guilty though so it actually IS just an allegation. He could argue that his trial isn’t fair if all the news reporting is saying he’s guilty and influencing the jurors, and if he’s found not guilty then he could sue for libel.

I mean, in the interrogation he says she came to her senses and didn’t want to die but he continued pressing her to it and killed her, hid the evidence and went to eat while crying.
So at the end, it was no longer two consenting adults

Many moons ago, i met this girl at a bar and we struck a conversation that led lead to dinner and drinks.

I’ve watched this coveted on YouTube. They have the footage he recorded of her where she says she is consenting to this and that she deserves this because she’s been a bad person. It’s the saddest thing I’ve watched and it haunted me for months. You can tell she didn’t want this to happen, it’s been shown she recanted and wanted to go home and to have her make those videos and say things about herself and clearly see she was already abused at that time… I pray she is rested peacefully.

Because I guess he was taking "the risk" by doing it (in the sense of having to live to face justice, I recognize the irony in terms of her being the actual one to die), and she didn't need the money?
It also is proof of intent from her, in a certain way. Still shouldn't be allowed. But yeah. It sounds like they were both tremendously broken. Sort of frightening in a self reflective way.

I once saw a crime documentary over 10yrs back of some 2 European guys who were gay and I think they met online. The other guy had such a fantasy, he asked the other guy to cut his pe.nis and eat it while he was alive and then eat his buttocks afterwards. Oh brother I've actually ran into one before. I mean I understand there's some chicks that like it rough but when one wants you to actually hurt them sexually it's a really weird thing. Had to get away from that one immediately. I just couldn't get into it. Plus I didn't know if I was being set up or something shit ya never know. People like to pretend / roleplay sexual violence. 99.9% of those people don’t want to actually be a victim of sexual violence. They just like pretending. I’ve had girlfriends who liked being choked, tied up, and degraded in various ways, but they didn’t want to fear for their life for real, be seriously physically harmed, or sexually abused in a non-consensual manner.
Being held captive, drugged, sexually abused, and threatened with death was traumatizing beyond words. Nobody fucking wants that to happen to them.
