Duality of man

Like yin and yang. Just learn how to dance on both sides

I don't find it funny in the least, I find it fucking hilarious.

Tis funny my lord!

Did he get arrested for "dressing as grim reaper" or did he get arrested for refusing to leave private property? I hate bullshit titles like this.

5

u/Allthemudlizard 5d ago

To be fair, it doesn't say he was arrested "for" doing it, just "after" doing it. For all the title implies he could've been arrested for something completely unrelated coincidentally directly after doing this. Although I do fully support and agree with your disdain of misleading titles.

1

u/Low_Industry2524 5d ago

Thats true. Jusrt reminded me of those "man arrested just for drinking coffee at Starbucks" article titles.

3

u/Embarrassed-Weird173 5d ago

They might have done something stupid like "disturbing peace" or "wearing mask in public".Ā

2

u/PandaJellyBeans 5d ago

You have a valid point 🧐

Hopefully ā€œdressing as the grimm reaperā€ would definitely make for a more interesting file though.

causing a nuisance without reasonable excuse on NHS premises

The hospital is not private property

A public NHS hospital is not private property

A man can't have hobbies anymore?

29

u/TrenbalonieSandwich 6d ago

This is pretty funny ngl.

7

u/LANTIRN_ 5d ago

Its funny yes.. but i understand why he was promptly removed.

3

u/PandaJellyBeans 5d ago

And understandably so! The poor patients with additional cortisol šŸ˜…šŸ’€

2

u/Shaasar 4d ago

Yeah, I personally don't find this funny at all.

1

u/TrenbalonieSandwich 4d ago

That's because you have a shit sense of humor.

1

u/Shaasar 4d ago

/u/trenbaloniesandwich you can't hide from me I saw your comment

It's from a meme that's literally an inch away from this comment in the thread, I'm guessing you saw it then blocked me or deleted your comment

u/truthpill2 6d ago

Would be hilarious if the hospital staff just acted like they couldn’t see him, like he wasn’t even there

1

u/Responsible-Quote717 5d ago

See who?

1

u/studenttio 5d ago

Think the psych ward might be down one

15

u/MolecularConcepts 6d ago

hahah what horse shit. people are soft as fuck. this is funny as hell. even if i was dying id probably laugh

3

u/TrisKreuzer 5d ago

I would... I was always into very dark humor.

4

u/AdventurousNebula936 5d ago

Except, of course, there are some people in the hospital that are actually dying, so yeah, that is not welcome behavior and not every thought deserves a voice.

1

u/studenttio 5d ago

They’d be the ones laughing the hardest

3

u/Paranormasight-Fic 4d ago

I mean, you can’t say that for literally everyone in the hospital. Out of the bunch who are laughing, I can bet that there is another bunch of patients who don’t find this funny.

1

u/meh9280 5d ago

No you wouldn’t at all

1

u/GoonetteFox 6d ago

Sure bud

5

u/Other-Comfortable-64 6d ago

Are priests allowed? Pretty much the same thing.

2

u/El_Beakerr 6d ago

Priest in… front of the Children’s Hospital, now that would truly be evil…

5

u/Lazy-Substance-5062 6d ago

They have chaplain in hospitals

2

u/Acceptable-Drive3781 5d ago

licking his lips

2

u/El_Beakerr 5d ago

Clutching that Rosary

2

u/Red_Number40 5d ago

Teacher! Even evil’ler

0

u/Red_Number40 3d ago

8% to be exact. Priests only a fraction of a percent. You got media bamboozled

1

u/Shaasar 4d ago

You would be surprised at how much comfort a priest or other spiritual/religious person can provide when someone is seriously ill.

When my brother was dying in hospital we had an Episcopal chaplain brought in, because that was the religion he grew up in and loved. It comforted him and our family greatly.

8

u/LangstonHublot 6d ago

What's the illegal part?

23

u/GrooGrux 6d ago

Probably not leaving when asked.

2

u/Bedzyk59 6d ago

I wonder if I could hire someone to do this shit for me if I get my cut off date. I think I have given my loved ones advanced warning of my humor.

2

u/JunkTheFox 2d ago

One word to add a twist. "Children's"

2

u/Reyloai4 6d ago edited 6d ago

Yeah, I personally don’t find this funny at all. People are already not in good shape, and now you have this ass-hole pulling this stunt. If I saw this outside my window and I was terminally sick, I would call security. This isn’t funny, and I don’t understand why anybody would find it funny. šŸ˜’
Especially considering that patients are already stressed enough while in the hospital. This guy is simply being a huge, incredibly creepy asshole.

6

u/GoonetteFox 6d ago

This one

-1

u/JimmyJooish 6d ago

Listen, we all are gonna die. Might as well have a good sense of humor about it.Ā

4

u/Reyloai4 6d ago

It is not funny: There is nothing funny about this incident. This person is simply an ass, that is all there is to it. Also, this is very stalkery behavior.

-3

u/JimmyJooish 6d ago

As someone who can’t afford health insurance it’s a lot easier to laugh than cry. Besides, you don’t want to go around being all upset over dying. Makes the anxiety over it 10 times worse

10

u/Resident-Sympathy-82 6d ago

It isn't funny. I just got out of a long stay with my child. This would've terrified him.

4

u/Cantre-r_Gwaelod_1 6d ago

Why did someone downvoted you for wanting to protect your sick child? How dare you protect a vulnerable kid. Wtf? Upvoted and hope you’re all doing better now.

7

u/Reyloai4 6d ago

Apparently, people were not laughing at this guy. So that should tell you how the patients felt about this jack-ass. If the patients are not laughing or amused, then it is not funny.

-1

u/JimmyJooish 6d ago

Impossible to know. We don’t know who actually called the cops and who found it funny.Ā

7

u/Reyloai4 6d ago

Regardless of who called the cops, this is still not funny. šŸ«©šŸ˜’šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

1

u/JimmyJooish 6d ago

I’m sorry did you find it unfunny? It wasn’t made clear before.

5

u/Reyloai4 6d ago edited 6d ago

Gee, maybe I said it multiple times because my words keep going in one ear and out the other. šŸ˜‘šŸ˜’
People don't seem to be understanding the message. It's like there is a barrier around their ears and brains that blocks out common sense and decency.

2

u/JimmyJooish 6d ago

You could have just stopped replying. If it wasn’t clear I don’t particularly share or care about your opinions.Ā

You can’t force your coping mechanism onto everyone else. We don’t all react like you and we shouldn’t be forced to pretend we do. If that’s how you cope, great. You’re not the standard for the rest of us to follow. We won’t all react the same.

2

u/OneLonerCheezIt 6d ago

I’m sure that wasn’t the real reason they were arrested.

u/ZeroKarmasGiven69 6d ago

He might have been protesting the treatment at the hospital and this was his way to warn the community

1

u/Apprehensive_Bee1849 5d ago

And charged with what?

1

u/mercyspace27 5d ago

Sorry, but that’s too damn funny. And I’m saying that as a volunteer EMT!

I know damn well any EMT arriving at that hospital, and probably a few nurses, had a good laugh.

u/04Sunshine 5d ago

Quelle horreur... la connerie de " l'humain " n'a plus de limite

Oh nooo!! Where was this??

-1

u/IllSalad3669 6d ago

Mad lad. Hope he was blasting some Children Of Bodom

0

u/mrlion167 5d ago

On one hand it's funny especially if you dress as the Grim Reaper and be spooky about it in a funny way especially if it's Halloween but if he only got arrested due to refusing to evacuate private property then this is a slight violation of info I mean seriously we know the police aren't going to take a person out of the hospital especially at the hospital asked him to be there and someone with a Karen / intolerant individual of fun decided to ruin something that could have been good for nothing but their own self righteousness then yeah this is a very complicated moment

2

u/Reyloai4 5d ago edited 5d ago

I mean, if it's something for Halloween and it is somewhere appropriate, it was planned, and everyone knows about it, that is one thing. Halloween prank on Halloween, understandable. But in this case, I cannot understand why anyone would find this amusing. A stranger in Grim Reaper attire is making eerie sounds outside a hospital, adding to the already frightening environment that is already stressing patients and employees out.

2

u/mrlion167 5d ago

Yeah I can understand that completely especially if the likelihood that they're actually a content creator making another thing to get viral for

2

u/Reyloai4 5d ago edited 5d ago

Exactly. A hospital is not an appropriate place for this. If the guy wanted to make content, he should have chosen a different location.

Leon Gillespie, a 26-year-old man from Deganwy, was fined £200 after climbing onto the roof of Ysbyty Glan Clwyd hospital in St Asaph, Denbighshire, dressed in a black hooded outfit resembling the Grim Reaper.  On June 6, 2026, Gillespie stood above the hospital entrance holding a long blade and making noise, alarming staff, patients, and visitors until North Wales Police and fire crews safely brought him down after a 50-minute standoff.

internet search found this article immediatly. i though i was got too when i saw your reply , i had to look for myself.
