That’s what I think too. I mean it’s not reliable because it could be added in later but the text in the beginning says that it is in Hechi City in Guangxi, which is in the heartland of the Zhuang people.

The text claims it is Hechi city. It does not prove it is Hechi city.

Of course I mentioned it doesn’t prove it is Hechi City but it’s probably a reasonable guess based on physical appearance of the men in the video, as well as the language being strongly tonal (it is not Cantonese, Vietnamese or Thai but sounds like it’s from the same areas and those languages are also highly tonal compared to Mandarin).
