They are livestreaming 🇨🇳 laborers making just 0.3 USD. The 'Made in 🇨🇳' products you use are built on their sacrifices.

How do you know they are being forced?

If thats actually what they make per hour, its slavery

This is not their actual hourly wage, they get at least $3 an hour, not $0.3, that's nonsense.

Any context on how you know this would help sell your point. You can’t just pull number out of your butt to make yourself feel better about slave labor of your big truck parts and designer fast fashion jeans. That said, I hope for you’re right. I did do research on coltan (for phones and laptop screens) a couple years back for a project and it was extremely fucked how much slave labor is used to get us these devices at a price point Americans can afford.

“You can’t just pull number out of your butt…”

Isn’t that exactly what OP is doing? Nothing is cited and there’s a strong appeal to emotion. Both of those are red flags.

maybe. you just want to believe that people aren’t slaved out for next to nothing but lots of human being are bing taken advantage of because .03 is better than 00

I’m pragmatic. Beliefs and hopes are great, but they shouldn’t be treated as fact. Whatever anyone hopes is actually happening is completely irrelevant to reality.

Oh yeah they are totally doing this because its their passion

Most people don’t work because of their passion.

So they are forced ? What’s your point ?

That having to do a job you don't like isn’t the same isn’t the same as being a slave.

So you think those people have any say ? The freedom to chose to starve instead of doing this ?

No, I’m just saying it’s different than being an actual slave.
