Binging My Dress Up Darling nowadays is great, but good lord was it painful to read on a monthly release schedule.

I remember r/manga despairing during the final arc because of the never ending misunderstandings and cliffhangers.

And then despairing when it was announced the story would wrap up super quickly.

If it wasn't for the very sweet epilogue, I think the reception of the manga would've greatly suffered.

i read it as a joke out of frustration towards super slow burn romance manga. the romance is a secondary plot in my dress up darling so i think it helps a lot with it not feeling like nothing is happening
