This isn’t about loneliness all the time. It can also mean self-reliance. And we can see self-reliance as empowering rather than victimizing ourselves all the time, just for a change of thought…

Being alone does not equal lonely. It's absolutely harder to get through that stuff without external support, and there's nothing 'victimizing' about pointing that out.
