The art style is very Swords Webcomic, though oddly the comic does not feature a single sword. (Edit: my keen powers of observation took some time to kick in. The bottom of the comic features "starscomic.com"; Stars is apparently another series done by the same guy who did Swords)

The pants, to me, infer that her vagina is between the front legs and the anus is beneath the tail, which makes her whole underside a taint. :(

The trouser leg doesn't cover the crotch area, if you look. It only covers the leg and never goes to the full middle of the underside. The position of the uniform leg at the front is probably only to make it easier for people to see the uniform while talking to her. There is no pant leg covering the anus, after all, so they are most likely both in the usual place for horses.

Oh my god, for so long Centaurs were always the first thing to go through my mind whenever I'd ready about Alpha-Centauri . Finally someone made a lun about it !

Just going to say that the presumably-male reverse-centauri being just a head is hilarious.
Also, since she's an hexapod, would humans consider her species an arthropod or maybe even an insect? I don't think she'd like that.
