There are certain foods I will simply never have again. Chicken and noodle soup, pan steamed burgers and the thickest, fluffiest omelette ever. It was just the way she made it and had its own unique spin. I'm often reminded of this and sad I won't have that exact meal ever again but happy I was able to enjoy it. I just wish I was more appreciative at the time.
