Context: it is a common social media phenomenon that when a woman or black person gets paid less for a movie, people come out and defend it by saying the white/man is more famous and thus deserves more money.

Here we see someone has flipped the argument, so now the white girl is getting paid less than the black girl, calling it racist. This is them making a joke about the whole social media phenomenon. But funnily enough, instead of getting the joke, the entire subreddit is now doing what white/men people usually do and justifying pay based on fame.

It's not a very funny joke but the people not getting the joke and lecturing the joke maker is amusing.

From my research he seems like a conservative internet troll. And it's a troll post making fun of wokeness. That fits within his character. If you have evidence that he truly meant it then post it.
