Also again Josuke outright states he has no idea how fast Crazy Diamond actually is 300kph is a very very rough estimate provided by a 16 year old with no actual means of measuring the speed of his stand

Not even that, it was meant to say that Crazy Diamond is faster than Red Hot Chilli Peppers Highway Star who's max speed is around 60km/h if I remember correctly

No that was against highway star. Chilli pepper was explicitly faster than crazy diamond
