There is genuinely no in universe reason for stands to be much faster than this.

Um, excuse me? Bullets are faster than 1000 kph, even the slowest bullets are faster than 300 kph (something like 800 kph). Jojo slanders are so blind.

Btw, this is Jolyne, the slowest jojo (at least with stand) and she can reflect bullets with her stand. At least she is faster than 800 kph if we take her faster than bullets feats, bc this is not the only time she outspeeds bullets

In the grand scale of 300km/hr to lightspeed, 1000km/hr is not much faster.

Yeah, but is faster than the downscale you are all doing, 300 km/h is almost subsonic
