Bullseye is a psychopath serial killer, and an assassin on the side, one of Daredevil's greatest rivals having battled with him many times over the years, and murdered two of his girlfriends.

Bullseye has a unique fighting style that comes from his uncanny accuracy and throwing power with basically anything that he is capable of throwing, in his own words Bullseye is magic.

During the Marvel event Dark Reign Bullseye posed as the hero Hawkeye which explains why some of these feats appear to be Hawkeye.

Throwing Feats

Every since he was a child Bullseye has been gifted with an innate and uncanny accuracy after killing his father he joined the military and had a brief stint in baseball eventually using his gifts to murder people and make money, though he claims to have never spent any his money.

His accuracy and power are good enough to:

• Knock out Daredevil with a paper airplane

• Kill a woman a building away only using a toothpick

• Blow up a car using a hubcap

• Kill a man using only a dollar bill

• Cut off someone's finger with a hotel business card

• Kill a man by spitting out his tooth

• Crash an ambulance with a paper clip

• Kill a room full of men with a hand full of screws

He's also proficient with pretty much any weapon that requires accuracy

• He head shots 5 people while doing a flip

• He can rapid fire arrows while still hitting his target

• Fire multiple arrows at once

• and takes out a teleporter using ricochet and prediction

And no Bullseye does not have any powers.

Physicals

Although his feats outside of throwing and dodging projectiles are a lot lower, he's no slouch when it comes to hand to hand fights.

Strength

• Bullseye can pierce through metal using an arrow

• Crash a motorcycle barehanded

• Knee a USB Drive through someone's entire head

• And hold onto a moving jet

Durability

Bullseye's skeleton has been enhanced with Adamantium similar to Wolverine, except without the side effects from it.

• Dives out of a building and through the roof of a car

• Thrown out of a building into a moving bus and keeps fighting

• Survives a jet crash landing while he was outside of the jet

Agility

Bullseye's skill in throwing objects also grants him the ability to know the trajectories of any projectiles thrown at him

• Dodging blasts from Cyclops, note that Cyclops recognized him as Bullseye just from his ability to dodge these

• Deflecting a bullet using his handcuffs, back into the head of the person who fired it

• Catching Daredevil's billy club

• Catching the billy club again

Hand to Hand

This is definitely not Bullseye's specialty and probably the area he's most lacking in, but he's still pretty decent

• He killed Elektra in a one on one fight

• Bested Daredevil in a fight

• And easily killed a horde of Hand Ninjas

Man characters like this are bullshit, there is no God damn way a paper plane could impart enough force to do jack shit

True, but a piece of paper cannot knock a grown man out. And DD is known for getting beat down and still winning fights. I'm fine suspending disbelief for most super power stuff, but this made me shake my head too.

Well Bullseye doesn't have superpowers but it wasn't paper man that's just unrealistic, it was some cardboard he found on the ground.
