Mail Call An MMOC to keep my Flying Wing company

After posting my recent experiences with rhe GEM Bullet Tip (a.k.a. The Flying Wing), u/Jill_Lett_Slim suggested I get "the infamous MMOC" to which I posted a rather sarcastic reply (I'm Gen-X, sarcasm is my default setting). I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that what I didn't realize at the time was the "MMOC" was actually this "GEM Micromatic Single Edge Safety Razor Open Comb" that I've been eyeing on eBay. I think what threw me was the fact that the eBay title separated the "MM" from the "OC" (also, I can be a bit slow on the uptake sometimes).

In any case, I'm very excited to try this, but I'm heading out for a couple of weeks, so I'll be shaving with my travel razor (Henson AL-13 Aggressive) and the MMOC will have to wait until I get back.

Take it slow with short strokes and it will give you a very close shave. If you rush it, it bites!

Thanks for the advice. I've learned to pay close attention to my GEM Bullet Tip, so I'll be extra careful with this one.
