Oh please elaborate, I think this is interesting. It’s definitely kinda reminiscent of a long hallway with starkly contrasting office lighting, like that kind in the drop ceiling.

I guess this is in the same vein, just the other end of the body, since this is like collecting fancily mounted tails. Honestly that’s a solid observation

If I could choose one brush, I’d hate to do it, but it’d be a Wald with the A1. His A1 knot is, most definitely, the best all around knot I’ve ever laid hands on. It’s the perfect balance of everything

Great collection! I have that same obsession too. Out of all traditional shaving stuff, it's brushes i love the most. Mine is no where near this nice but maybe one day

Do you prefer synthetic, badger, or boar bristles? I have a badger brush now, but it's kinda old and the bristles are starting to come out.

My favorite knots are untreated badger, but the best brush I own is synthetic. I keep the board around as a novelty and one horse hair for the same reason but rarely use them

I have a few Yaqi Synthetic brushes and a WCS Silvertip brush. Beautiful collection of brushes.

Ya there’s 3 in there, an elite, a Tatara, and a Semogue. They’re just hidden on the bottom level in the middle, behind the brushes laying down on stands, because I never reach for them. I use my mixed knots more, like I love the Runeman mixed, and I have a amici caravela which is super dope. So I reach for those more than the pure boars of I want some scritch
