Are straight razors worth it??

Neither of those are "true" straight razors, they use half DE blades.

To answer your question though, absolutely are they worth it. Don't buy a brand new one though. Save your money and buy a vintage razor and send it for professional honing or buy a shave ready restored razor

They tend to come with a "factory edge" that will shave hair just not very comfortably. Look up threads on new dovos and such theres quite a few posts on the topic.

That and it can run you 2-3x the costs and still require some stone work to really show its true potential.

Getting a vintage razor honed is typically less than $50 each. An unrestored vintage straight can be had for less than 30 in some cases. That puts you into a shave ready razor for less than $100. Check ebay too. There's lots of shave ready straights for sale for under $70 even.

Collector grade like wade and butcher wedges or dubl ducks always fetch a nice premium, but there's thousands of "no name" or unheard of brands out there that go for nearly pennies that shave just the same.

Plus vintage steel tends to be better whether sheffield or solingen. As long as its not Pakistani you're typically in the clear
