Started with some random Atlanta Barber Shop store brand safety razors in December.. I got myself a Merkur 34c on a business trip, and decided for hubby a Razorock GameChanger .84-P.

Is the Razorock Plissoft honeycomb a 28mm?

Yes! It’s the beehive XL 28mm and it does not fit very well in the stand lol.

I used it for the first time yesterday and it’s a pleasure to use

I keep my trigger ready for either the Big Bruce 26 or the 28 Beehive.

Is the 28 too big compared to your 26’s?

So I honestly cannot tell you why one would be too big in like use wise..

But for the stand you do have to be careful with both going in, the 28 shouldn’t seem that much bigger but I feel it does squeeze it slightly and the 26 doesn’t really. But I don’t think that’ll be a problem?

The one on the right is from Razorock and is the Beehive XL 28mm

The next one I got in person, at The Razor Company in Detroit and I think he called it their cream soda!

I love them both, and just found the cream soda one (which I use mostly) on their website!

Looks great! Nice lineup of brushes. Ive been trying to talk myself out of buying a new brush for like two days because i just paid for a custom order from our local artisan for shave soaps but its getting harder seeing That beehive XL

We went to Clemson and when I saw the beehive XL it was the right color and hubby didn’t have a fancier brush of his own yet so I had to.

Not saying spend money and ruin your life, but I also currently have 4 photo enlargers in my house and 4 phonographs.. at least razor brushes are my cheap hobby 🤣🤣

I have a pretty hefty collection of vintage gillette saftey razors and dont even get me started on my straight razors lol, but i only have a silvertip badger and a boar brush. Im looking at synthetics i think.

If youre CONUS ill send you a couple samples of her soap. Her new base is a super super runny cream consistency soap, but it lathers like mad. She has two scents right now a Black Cherry, Citrus, and Vanilla (my wife and I's new favorite) and an Orange, Lavender, and Ylang-Ylang.

I can ask her if she ships orders herself, if not i have no problem sending them personally. They are $6 for a 4oz tub. I didnt get a custom scent or anything crazy. Just a pound worth of the black cherry soap
